Thomas Land Clearing Company (TLC) has been providing demolition; asbestos abatement, lead based paint removal and new construction services since 1987. TLC has years of experience in hard demolition doing various types of projects ranging from interior tear-outs to land clearing. TLC was among the first contractors to begin clean-up efforts in the City of Los Angeles after the civil unrest in 1992. The company was also instrumental in dismantling and cleaning up debris on the freeway systems damaged during the Northridge earthquake.
